Senior Year: Breanne

Breanne, from Dimond High School, matched her outfits perfectly for her downtown senior pictures! The jackets paired well with the brick buildings, giving her an edgy feel for her senior session. Her sweater and switching up locations for her session gave her some variety as well! The lighting was perfect for her session, it really helped her eyes pop more than they already do. Breanne’s friends even made a cameo appearance after helping me out on her session. Breanne was so much fun to photograph, her and her crew were cracking me up the whole time. Good luck on your senior year Breanne!

Senior Year: Zach Hauger

Mr. Zach Hauger, from Chugiak High School, embodies the Alaskan style for his senior photos. From the xtra tuffs to the plaid shirt, Zach’s senior pictures model not only Zach’s simple style, but also the beauty of Alaska. The late summer sunset gave Zach’s images that perfect warmth that can only be seen once a year. I wish I could have that lighting all of the time! But that’s what makes Zach’s senior pictures so unique. Plus, combining basketball and the Alaska scenery made for an exclusive session. Zach was so much fun to photograph in a couple new locations around the Turnagain Arm! Here’s to a great senior year Zach!

Jared Bautista | CHS CO 17

Meet 2017 Chugiak High School senior, Jared Bautista!

Jared was one of our senior models this year, and we definitely had a lot of fun on his session!

For his look, we went for a combination of sporty and urban. Jared is a basketball player for his high school, so we had him bring along a ball and took a walk downtown. The evening sun in early July gave us some awesome light to play with for his senior pictures. Out in the open, the midnight sun shone like daylight, but in the alleyways, we had a golden sunset.

Jared was a blast to photograph for his senior session, and totally knows how to work the camera! Good luck in your senior year, Jared!

Jazlynn Talaro | SAHS | CO 17

Introducing 2017 senior, Jazlynn Talaro!

For Jazlynn’s senior pictures, we took her out to Hatcher Pass. Hatcher Pass is such a cool spot for photos, because it has so much to offer. From flowing streams and rolling hills, to the old mine, all outlined by the Talkeetna Mountain Range – it’s too beautiful! We also got a cute little peek of some early fireweed – lucky us!

Jazlynn looked absolutely gorgeous for her photos! Her long teal dress with the off-shoulder sleeves was a stunning choice. With her long wavy hair, she looked like a land mermaid in a sea of grass. She was equally lovely dressed down in some jeans and a jewel toned purple sweater, and successfully channeled those cozy fall vibes we love.
