Sadra Bowie | PK12 CO 17

I had the pleasure of photographing the Bowie family last summer, and I’m so happy that I had the pleasure of working with the Bowie family again to photograph their eldest daughter, Sadra, for her senior pictures! Sadra, a senior at Polaris High School in Anchorage, was so much fun to photograph. Her natural beauty made my job super easy.

Her sweaters were perfect for the fall leaves that flourished when she came in for her senior pictures. Sadra was able to capture a spring-time feeling for her senior photos since the weather was warm enough for her to wear a simple dress! This gave her the feeling of two sessions in one!

Here’s to a great senior year Sadra!

Mitchell McBirney | PK12 CO17

Senior Year: Mitchell

Mitchell, a Polaris senior and the future President of the United States, rocked the classic dress shirt and tie for his senior pictures. Wether it was paired with a blazer or leather jacket, Mitchell pulled off his outfits with timeless approach. Mitchell’s metro senior session was complimented with a few shots in the austere alleyways downtown, as well as the landscape of the Coastal Trail. Mitchell rocked all of his locations with his easy smile.

Congratulations Mitchell on your senior year!

Breanne Watson | DHS CO 17

Senior Year: Breanne

Breanne, from Dimond High School, matched her outfits perfectly for her downtown senior pictures! The jackets paired well with the brick buildings, giving her an edgy feel for her senior session. Her sweater and switching up locations for her session gave her some variety as well! The lighting was perfect for her session, it really helped her eyes pop more than they already do. Breanne’s friends even made a cameo appearance after helping me out on her session. Breanne was so much fun to photograph, her and her crew were cracking me up the whole time. Good luck on your senior year Breanne!

Zach Hauger | CHS CO 17

Senior Year: Zach Hauger

Mr. Zach Hauger, from Chugiak High School, embodies the Alaskan style for his senior photos. From the xtra tuffs to the plaid shirt, Zach’s senior pictures model not only Zach’s simple style, but also the beauty of Alaska. The late summer sunset gave Zach’s images that perfect warmth that can only be seen once a year. I wish I could have that lighting all of the time! But that’s what makes Zach’s senior pictures so unique. Plus, combining basketball and the Alaska scenery made for an exclusive session. Zach was so much fun to photograph in a couple new locations around the Turnagain Arm! Here’s to a great senior year Zach!
